Model United Nations

Step into the shoes of the world's diplomats. Model United Nations (MUN) is a globally recognised academic simulation of the United Nations where students represent countries, debate pressing international issues, and draft resolutions — just as real UN delegates do. It is one of the most powerful platforms for developing leadership, diplomacy, public speaking, and critical thinking in young minds.

At YANF, MUN is not just an event — it is a transformative experience that challenges students to step beyond the classroom and engage with the world as it truly is.

Each delegate is assigned a country and a committee. They research their country's position on the agenda topic, prepare a position paper, and participate in structured debate sessions guided by the Rules of Procedure (RoP). The debate leads to the drafting and passing of a resolution — a formal document that proposes solutions to the issue at hand.

Experience Indian democracy from the inside. Youth Parliament — युवा संसद at YANF is a powerful simulation of India's most prestigious constitutional and policy-making bodies. Students step into the roles of Members of Parliament, Chief Ministers, Opposition Leaders, Policy Makers, and Advisors — debating real legislative agendas and experiencing Indian democracy first-hand.

More than a simulation, Yuva Sansad is a civics experience that builds informed, responsible, and constitutionally aware citizens — young Indians who don't just understand their democracy, but are prepared to participate in it, strengthen it, and lead it.

Each participant is assigned a role — ruling party MP, opposition member, minister, or policy advisor — within a simulated house.
